House Rules

We look forward to hosting you, and hope that you understand there are some standard rules by necessity. This is our home, and not simply a rental property for us. We ask that you treat this house as if it were your home too. Most of our neighbors are families with children and live there full time year-round, so please understand that this is a quiet family neighborhood and should be treated as such.

The complete list of rules is explained in detail in our rental agreement.

House Rules:

  • Maximum number of guests is 8

  • No parties/events

  • No smoking on property

  • No drugs of any kind

  • The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older

  • Quiet hours are 10pm-8am on Friday and 11pm-8am on Saturday. Being outside is fine, and playing music in the house is fine. We just need to be sure we don’t disturb the neighbors.

  • No fires (except in the fire pit)

  • Ensure the fire in the fire pit is completely extinguished before leaving the home or going to sleep

  • No fireworks

  • All guests must abide by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Barnstable County
